Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at support@cognitivecampaigns.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
